Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes to help eliminate the body’s bad toxins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Clinical Massage and Therapeutic Office Session
A focused session for a specific concern: nerve entrapments (carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, sciatica), frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, TMJ tension, chronic neck or back pain, or repetitive strain. We start with a conversation and assessment, then build and begin your plan in the same visit. May include clinical massage, red light therapy, infrared sauna, PEMF, and hot or cold therapy. You'll leave with self-care and a clear path forward. Complements, but does not replace, medical care.
